Before Your Float:


Shower before your session to ensure cleanliness and remove any lotions or oils from your skin.


It is advised to avoid caffeine and heavy meals beforehand to enhance relaxation and reduce potential discomfort.


Please arrive a early to check-in, complete any necessary forms, and familiarise yourself with the facility.


Consider practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation to prepare your mind for the experience.

During Your Float:


Step into our float room, close the door behind you and gently lower yourself into the water, allowing the high salt concentration to support your body.


Explore different positions to find what is most comfortable for you, use the floatation head support and earbuds provided. Experiment with closing your eyes or leaving them open.


Choose your preferred music and admire the starlit ceiling before embracing complete lightproof and silence.


Embrace the absence of external stimuli and let your mind and body unwind, allowing yourself to enter a deep state of relaxation.

After Your Float:


Take your time getting up from the float tank, allowing your body to readjust to a vertical position gradually.


Rinse off in the shower to remove any residual salt from your skin and hair. Enjoy the natural bath & body products provided.


Embrace the post-float afterglow and give yourself a moment to reflect on the experience and how you feel physically and mentally.


Hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water to replenish any lost fluids and support the detoxification process
